3. Intellectual PropertyNume retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including:
- Brand Elements: The "Nume" name, logo, and all related trademarks.
- Platform Elements: Our platform's design, user interface, features, and proprietary algorithms.
- Content: Any documentation, blog posts, guides, and marketing materials related to Nume.

4. User-Generated ContentYou retain ownership of any content or data you provide to the Service, including:
- Business and financial data you input into the platform.
- Custom reports or configurations you create using the platform.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to use and share this content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

- Improve the Service: We analyze data to improve our AI algorithms and user experience.
